I booked a last minute half day fishing cruise with captain Phil. It was a little slow at first but captain Phil and Tim never gave up and I'm sure glad they didn't. With just 20 minutes left in our trip we hooked on a monster tarpon. It ended up being a 1.5 hour battle in some less then ideal conditions. But they helped me land a great 74" 185 pound beast. Thank you again.
Great trip! Capt. Phil put us on fish from the moment we stopped the boat until it was time to head in. No cobia, but plenty of snapper, a good sized permit, and several large barracuda made for an awesome day.
